Cancellation Policy

At Echo Lens Photography, we aim to provide a seamless and professional experience for our clients. Please review the following booking policy to ensure clarity and mutual understanding. 1. Booking Confirmation 1.1. To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit of $100 or 20% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. 1.2. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the session/event. For Mini Pop-Up Shoots, full payment is required upfront. 1.3. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or full payment (where applicable). 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations 2.1. Rescheduling by the Client: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. 2.2. Cancellations by the Client: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, additional fees may apply. 2.3. Rescheduling by Echo Lens Photography: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or emergencies, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost to the client. 3. Travel Fees 3.1. Travel mileage fee will apply to sessions located outside Palmerston North 3.2. Out-of-town or overnight travel may incur additional charges, including accommodation and meals. These will be discussed and agreed upon during booking. 4. Late Arrivals 4.1. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time without adjustment to the session fee. 4.2. For sessions exceeding the agreed time frame, additional charges may apply at $50 per hour, subject to availability. 5. Image Delivery 5.1. Edited images will be delivered within 14 days after the session unless otherwise agreed. 5.2. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee $100. 6. Social Media and Portfolio Use 6.1. By booking a session, clients grant Echo Lens Photography permission to use selected images for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. 6.2. Clients who prefer their images not be published must provide written notice prior to the session. 7.Refunds 7.1. Refunds are not available for completed sessions or delivered products. 7.2. In rare cases where Echo Lens Photography cannot fulfill the agreed deliverables due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. 8.
